Spence Clarke & Co, Chartered Accountants, was established in 1985 in Marbella, Spain. The firm is regulated by the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. The senior partner is also a member of the equivalent Spanish tax and accountancy institututions.

The practice specialises in the provision of Spanish tax, legal, audit and accountancy services mainly to foreigners with interests throughout Spain.

The firm is organised as a typical UK firm with partners, technical managers, technical and administrative staff. The firm has impressive resources in terms of the combined years of experience of its key personnel. The senior partner has been in public practice for more than 35 years, over half of which has been in Marbella.
